Criteria for dual kidney transplantation
| A. KONOS dual kidney transplantation의 기준 |
| 1. 기증자가 나이 70세 이상이면서 다음 한 가지 이상 해당하는 경우에 신장이식 대상자로 선정된 자에게 기증자의 신장 양쪽을 모두 기증할 수 있다. |
| 가. 기증자 관리시점으로부터 혈청 크레아티닌 청소율이 30 mL/min 보다 낮고 호전되지 않는 경우 |
| 나. 기증자 관리시점으로부터 혈청 크레아티닌이 3.0 mg/dL보다 높고 호전되지 않는 경우 |
| B. UNOS criteria for dual kidney transplantation |
| At least two |
| 1. Age is greater than 60 years |
| 2. Estimated creatinine clearance is less than 65 mL/min based upon serum creatinine at admission |
| 3. Rising serum creatinine (greater than 2.5 mg/dL) at time of organ recovery |
| 4. History of long standing hypertension or diabetes mellitus |
| 5. Glomerulosclerosis greater than 15% and less than 50% |
