기증자 범주 (Donor criteria)
| KONOS marginal donor 기준 |
| Marginal donor라 함은 다음과 같은 조건이 해당되어 장기 상태가 전반적으로 양호하지 않은 기증자를 말한다. |
| 1. 공통기준 |
| 1) 심장이 정지된 기증자(Non-heart beating donor)인 경우 |
| 2) 저혈증성 발작(Hypotensive attack)이 3회 이상인 경우 |
| 2. 장기별 기준(신장) |
| 1) 기증자의 연령이 60세 이상인 경우 |
| 2) 기증자 관리시점으로부터 혈청 크레아티닌(Serum creatinine) 이 3.0 mg/dL보다 높으면서 감소추세이거나 크레아티닌 청소율(Creatinine clearance)이 60보다 작은 경우 |
| 3) 기증자 관리시점으로부터 2회 이상의 소변 검사에서 단백뇨(proteinuria)가 2+ 이상인 경우 (2015-2차 장기이식운영위원회에서 삭제) |
| UNOS criteria for expanded criteria kidney donor |
| 1. Any donor over the age of 60 |
| 2. Donor over the age of 50 with two of the following: |
| 1) A history of high blood pressure, |
| 2) A creatinine ≥1.5 mg/dL |
| 3) Death resulting from a stroke |
